Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange your order within 10 days from the date of receipt. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.

How to Return Your Product:

For all online purchases, you can return or exchange products to the richblu shipping location in Thailand by contacting our Customer Care Center.

Return by Shipment

Ship your product back to us at the richblu shipping location (Bangkok, Thailand) with a valid proof of purchase within 10 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return by Mail

If you purchased directly online at, or by phone from our Customer Care team, and you are within the 10 day return policy, then you may also opt to set-up a return by mail.

Information for Returning Your Products by Shipment or Mail

  1. Simply email [email protected] with your order number and request a richblu Return Authorization Number which will be used to track your return.
  2. Alternatively, you can email richblu Customer Care for your richblu Return Authorization Number.
  3. We will email you complete instructions on how to return your package.
  4. Securely package item(s) in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
  5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  6. Refunds are made via the original method of payment used for your original sales order usually within 14 business days of package receipt.
  7. We will email you again to confirm when the credit has been sent electronically to your credit card. Please allow 48-hours for funds to post to your card.


Customized Products
Personally customized products that were special ordered cannot be returned.

Return Authorization (RA) Number Required

All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number in order to receive a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.

10-Day Return Period

You must request a Return Authorization number for all non-customized products within 10 days of the date of original purchase. Items must be securely packaged and shipped as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

Unless prohibited by law, a restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise when the richblu seal has been broken.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

Items not Directly Purchased from richblu

Items purchased from an Authorized richblu retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Please Note #

If products are shipped to you as per your order and specific instructions and later you want to return the item without proper supporting evidence of a valid reason for return, the returns will be denied.

International (except South East Asia Region) Returns:

International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs please contact richblu customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Then mail the completed form with your item(s) to our international shipping partner. Orders returned directly to a richblu location (Bangkok, Thailand) will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
